Your mission

As our Corporate Film Consultant, you’ll:

  • Target leads ripe for compelling video campaigns via phone, socials, emails, events, and more.
  • Match prospects with 1Camera’s unique film solutions, turning a mere ‘need’ into an actionable project.
  • Navigate the crucial qualification phase, essential to our sales journey.

Who are you? 

A passionate sales enthusiast eager to craft an impact in the world of corporate communication and marketing (enterprise level), through standout film projects. You’re a continuous learner, hungry to deepen your expertise in the communications and new media realms, especially from the storytelling lens. Speaking of storytelling, that’s something we’ll be talking A LOT about and you’ll learn SO much, so fast, so apart from being a sales enthusiast, we expect you to be excited about storytelling, as well!

Key Responsibilities 

  • Collaborate with creatives and producers to craft a robust sales pipeline and sculpt an outbound sales strategy.
  • Engage in lead generation, both in/outbound.
  • Qualify leads using the SPICED/BANT approach.
  • Drive your campaigns for optimum outcomes.
  • Present sales pitches and demonstrate 1Camera’s formats.
  • Navigate solution presentations involving both clients and creative producers.


  • Previous experience in sales development, inbound marketing, or account management with a zest to scale.
  • Energetic, proactive, and unafraid to experiment.
  • Analytical with a dash of creative flair.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Skilled in value-based sales techniques, with B2B or Enterprise/Mid Market experience.
  • Thriving in a start-up ambiance, with solid interpersonal strengths.
  • 2-3 years of sales experience; adept at engaging with C-suite professionals or those in corporate communications/film.
