The five storylines in the Achmea Company film are inspired by true stories that we found after an intense story-mining research. In three portrait films we show the real, and beautiful stories of Hans and Maya (whose Inn catches fire), Ymkje and Bert Jan (who become parents of triplets), and Frank (who has to endure a ransomware attack). The special thing in all these stories is what happens after.
The negative upheavals set in motion a plethora of support mechanisms: people rushing to put out the fire, cyber experts salvaging locked-up data, neighbours, volunteers, family and friends that help out with the new-borns, and of course Achmea as a facilitator of many of these forms of support.
It is beautiful to see how the people and institutions around you, your community, can bring your life back into motion.
