Getting control over your blood pressure

Lower your blood pressure by adjusting your lifestyle. That was the challenge for Saskia, Alexandra, Eric and Thijs. In the autumn of 2021 they started working on this for 10 weeks. They received expert guidance and extra support from Olympic speed skating champion and vitality coach Jochem UytdeHaage.
