How to boost the reputation of an unknown agricultural company?

IMAGINE ALL YOUR WORK DECISIONS ALWAYS BEING A GAMBLE. NOW IMAGINE IT’S YOUR FIRST YEAR ON THE JOB.
Dutch agricultural cooperative Royal Cosun commissioned us to make a film to positively increase their reputation. As a relatively unknown company, they wanted the public to know 3 things about them: 1) they are a cooperative 2) they represent hard working farming families that care deeply about their product 3) they take product innovation towards a plant based future very seriously. Science has shown emotional impact (such as Kama Muta) to positively boost reputation (As well as social media engagement) and storytelling is the best way create that impact. Especially if a protagonist is put to the test in that story. Therefore, we told the story of a young farmer, going through the motions during his first ever harvest season on his own.
